Custom AI systems

Make AI useful in the business you already run.

You don't need a technical brief. Bring the work that takes too much time, the information that gets lost or the process you've outgrown. We'll work out where a better system can help.

Independent workflow-systems work for local and small/medium businesses. You do not need to be a PathLAB customer.

From business problem to working system

01 / Understand

Find the problem worth solving.

We'll identify your ten major business problems and prioritise those with accessible data, a responsible owner and a measurable outcome. I'll investigate the chosen problem and give you a report to guide the next decision.

02 / Build

Agree on the result before building.

We'll define what the system should do and how to test it. I'll design, build, deploy and verify it against that agreed scope, from a single automation to a larger workflow system.

03 / Hand over

Leave with a system you know how to use.

I'll walk you through the verified system and complete the agreed handoff. Any further improvement work gets its own scope, based on what the results show.

Start with the problem

Tell me where the work gets stuck.

A useful starting point is the process, the data you can access and the result you would like to change. We'll establish the scope before committing to a build.
